Tired of Same boring regular kheer??Try out this makhana kheer with me at home.It is super easy and simple with minimal ingredients..We can use this in our vrat time also.Very tasty and simple and we just need very little time to make it.

Serves: 4 person
Ingredients
1. Makhana(2 cups)
2. Almonds(10-15)
3. Cashews(10-15)
4. Raisin/Kismis(10-15)
5.Milk(4-5 cups)
6.Condensed milk/milk powder(3 spoons)
7. Sugar(4 spoons or add to taste)
8. Elaichi Powder - 1/4 tsp
9. Ghee - 1/2 spoon
10. Saffron(Optional)
Recipe:
1. Heat your Pan in medium flame. Add the ghee and fry the makhanas till it become crunchy
2. Take out half of the makhanas and blend it coarsely(half blend not powder)
3. Heat the milk until it becomes little densed
4. Add the whole Makhanas in the boiled milk and let it bring it to a boil.
5. Add all the dry fruits and the blended makahanas and add elaichi powder
6. Stir it nicely so that everything gets mixed up properly
7. Add condensed milk and sugar and let it boil for 5-7 minutes
8. After makhanas become soft, switch off the flame and let it cool for 2-3 minutes
9. Garnish with Chopped almond and serve in a bowl.
