Invite your viewer to "walk" right into your drawing. In this art lesson, we'll discover one point perspective and how easily using the technique will help bring dimension to your project. We'll draw a city by the sea together; you can leave it black and white or add color to complete your project.
And my favorite part about art... there are no mistakes in art! So have lots of fun with the architecture of the buildings.

AGE LEVEL
This art lesson + project is for all ages, but specifically geared towards upper elementary and junior high.
YOUNGER STUDENT OPTION
Have a preschooler or younger child who wants to create alongside their older sibling? A printable version of this drawing is available (free!). Print the pdf copy and encourage your child to color (or trace and color) the drawing. To print the pdf file, visit: [ Ссылка ]
PARENT/TEACHER TIP
The drawing can be left in black and white for a modern look, and skip the coloring.
This project can also be easily divided into two sessions. Complete the drawing stage during session one, then on your next art day color the design.
Add a twist. Draw the City by the Sea design on watercolor paper, then paint the design using watercolor paints.
