Join Us for this week’s Preemie Chat!

We are looking forward to our upcoming Preemie Chat, where we will be discussing the work of the Family-Centered Care Task Force, a partnership between family partners and clinicians to optimize the delivery of family centred care in the NICU.

Speakers:

Dr. Malathi Balasundaram is a Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford University and a staff neonatologist at El Camino Health, where she chairs the NICU Family-Centered Care committee and leads initiatives to enhance neonatal care quality and family integration.



Morgan Elizabeth Kowalski is a Program Manager for the Family-Centered Care Taskforce and a former NICU parent, who has contributed to implementing a Small Baby Unit and serves as a Family Partner in various pediatric health networks.
