CRACK COOKIE recipe with spinach.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Eggs.
- 100 gr. Sugar.
- 100 ml. solid fat.
- Half a bunch of spinach.
- 1 package, 5 grams of vanillin.
- 2 packages, 20 grams of baking powder.
- 3 cups of flour with a 200 ml glass.
- Powdered Sugar for dusting.
PREPARATION:
1. Just the leaves of half a bunch of spinach in 100 ml. After pureeing it in a blender together with dry oil, pour it into a mixing bowl.
2. Then add 2 eggs and 100 gr. add powdered sugar and mix well.
3. 3 cups of flour, 5 gr. vanillin and 20 gr. we add baking powder and knead a soft dough, and then without waiting we make logs a little bigger than a walnut.
4. We sprinkle the prepared logs well in powdered sugar and place them as far apart as possible in the baking dish.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. We take care not to let it brown.
