About Sergio:
Sergio D’Amico holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with over 25 years of experience in quality systems for the aerospace and automotive industries.
He has been an advisor with the Mouvement Québécois de la Qualité (Quebec Society for Quality), assisting organizations in developing strategic plans, conducting performance assessments, and crafting action plans to improve their performance.
He also serves as an expert for Prix Performance Québec, the provincial recognition program for organizational excellence and performance, in which he has been involved since 2010.
Previously, he supported the deployment of Bombardier Aerospace’s Achieving Excellence continuous improvement system.
He has trained Six Sigma Green and Black Belt candidates, facilitated communities of practice for knowledge sharing, and conducted workshops on quality and management tools.
Fluent in English, French, and Italian, he specializes in building continuous improvement cultures and guiding organizations toward sustained performance improvements.
