Fez is Smith Teamaker’s take on a Moroccan mint style green tea. Moroccan Mint is traditionally a blend of Chinese green tea with spearmint. Our blend is made up of Chinese Mao Feng green tea, Pacific Northwest grown spearmint, and for a twist, lemon myrtle from Australia.
Nuanced and refreshing, this tea has tasting notes of Fall squash, lemon, and mint.
Fez is a carefully balanced blend of full leaf green tea and premium botanicals. It makes a lovely cup of tea in the afternoon or any time of day.
To brew this tea, use 1 sachet or 1 heaping teaspoon for every 8-10 oz of 185 degree water and steep for 3 minutes.
