"Marine Harvest violates First Nation directive by pouring young farm salmon into a farm in Knight inlet from a hatchery that is known to be infected with piscine reovirus. The Minister of Fisheries is fighting Morton in court to make this legal, but currently putting disease-carrying fish into BC marine waters is a violation of section 56 of the Fisheries General Regulations."
