Daniel has more than 15 years of software and internet experience both working in startups and venture capital. He joined Creandum in 2007 and is focusing primarily on software and games-related investments including itslearning, Nonstop Games, Omniata, Hansoft, PlayRaven and more. Prior to Creandum, Daniel was a Vice president at Ascade responsible for marketing and business development. Ascade was for several years one of Europe’s fastest growing enterprise software companies.
Alex Arias
CEO at Omniata
Alex Arias is the CEO and co-founder of Omniata, a unified data and engagement platform. For more than 10 years, Alex has been an entrepreneur and driver of innovation in digital services. In 2007 the platform he built to deliver mobile content to telecoms, was acquired by Digital Chocolate, where he spent the next 4 years leading the vision of CRM, e-commerce and BI solutions. He then continued at EA as a Director of Product Management, leading the vision for the global data and engagement platforms. It has been 2 years now since he has embarked on his own journey into data discover and is pleased to be present at Slush 2014 having gained many of the leading gaming companies as clients already.

In 2015, Slush brought together 15.000 attendees, including 1.700 startups, 800 venture capital investors and 630 journalists from exactly 100 countries. People from more than half of the world’s countries traveled to the cold and dark Helsinki, with the ambition of taking their business to the next level.
Slush is a non-profit event organized by a community of entrepreneurs, investors, students and festival organizers. Although Slush has grown from a 300-person event to become one of the leading events of its kind in the world, the philosophy behind it has remained the same: to help the next generation of great, world-conquering companies forward.
