Puerto Rican Chillo Frito also know as Fried Red Snapper is a very popular tasty meal. Although it was very expensive ($80 for the meal in San Juan), I think it was worth every penny. The size of the fish could easily feed 3 or 4 people. Even I could not eat half of it!
For for the Caribbean people and other fish lovers out there, please try this meal if you are in Puerto Rico!
