Testing is a bottleneck in the production process. Dr. Hauke Schmidt explains how data mining services helped to reduce up to 50% of test time (EoL) in many Bosch plants. Data analytics in Industry 4.0 is currently moving towards broad cross value stream analysis; cross lifecycle analysis being the next step. Also on the Manufacturing Analytics agenda – and completely NEW: Bosch will be standardizing data mining services and offer them as software solutions.
