I have taken the time to regrow my digimons since Examon died on me, the video covers the following (in about an hour and a half):

- Training Digimons: the amounts you receive when training with a higher level digimon
- Stats: monitoring the digivolution requirements and preparing to required states for a mega level from an in-training 1 level
- Training spots: I used Mod Cape and Nigh Plains as I needed quantity of battles to test out the OP digimons and fulfill the victory requirement
- Digivolutions: How stats affect evolution from the same digimon (both Ophanimon and Crusadermon digivolved from Angewomon)
- ExE evolution: I'm not sure why but I get Imperialdramon PM with this combo (bonds with both digimon need to be 100)
- Extending my highest level digimon's life: using Marineangemon in the hospital, the longer the higher level lasts the more the lower level one benifits from training till they reach mega level too (or same level as the higher digimon)
- Items: freebies in the city and where I got them from everyday

By the end of it, you will have 2 mega levels (Ophanimon and Crusadermon), with all stats over 2k, and 40k HP/MP.
