Since its opening in 1990, many passengers have travelled through Changi Airport's iconic Terminal 2 (T2), with its well-loved Solari Board and Sunflower Garden 🌻 We then bid a temporary farewell to T2 in 2020 as it underwent a massive transformation. Now, we’re ready to share the first look at its revamped Departure Hall! 😍
The southern wing of T2 will reopen for departure operations on 11 October 2022. The terminal will be first utilised by Singapore Airlines, Air India, and Air India Express. The newly revamped T2 design is inspired by natural elements and brims with lush greenery, to provide passengers with a stress-free experience when travelling through Singapore Changi Airport.
When you next travel through T2, you can also enjoy a more seamless experience with check-in rows that have been re-angled for improved way-finding.
