The question of whether keratoconus is affected by pregnancy, has been around for many years, where encountering here a 34 year old lady, who is in her fifth month of pregnancy, and she has undergone with us. Athens protocol cornea cross-linking in both of her eyes almost 7 years ago, careful evaluation of her cornea mammographies her visual acuity, her refraction and more importantly, her corneal epithelial maps help elude to the fact that her keratoconus is stable. The eyes are slightly dry, we reinforced the fact that she should avoid eye rubbing and we will evaluate her probably a year from now once everything has stabilized after the pregnancy, this case, underlined the importance of how to evaluate patients following corneal cross-linking, and how important adding to our armamentarium, corneal maps is a fact that we have reported and presented Time and over again over the last 15 years
