Delicious handesh made with home made rice flour!
Ingredients
2 cup Rice flour
3/4 cup plain flour
1 cup goor in 1 cup warm water
1/2 tea spoon salt (adjust to taste)
Water add as needed
Brown sugar 1/3 cup
Rest 1 hour mix again before frying
Can be stored for 4 days in fridge
Leave at room temp before frying
Tips:
Your batter needs to be thick yet runny
your heat needs to be of medium to low heat
Don’t over heat
Use a deep cast iron style pan
