Today, we'll be doing a 30-minute complete full body workout targeting everything from your lower body to upper body to arms. This workout is perfect for those of you who are fairly new to the gym and are ready to take the dive into the weights section of the gym!

1) Treadmill | 5 minutes
2) DB Squats | 3x12 reps 5:00
3) Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns | 3x12 reps 9:49
4) Machine Chest Press | 3x12 reps 14:36
5) DB Split Squats | 3x12 reps/leg 19:27
6) Treadmill | 10 minutes 24:52
Rest 1 minute between each set.
