After the governor of Maharashtra asked CM Udhav Thackeray to face the floor test tomorrow between 11 to 5, Shiv Sena has filed a petition against it in the Supreme Court. Shiv Sena has now sought for immediate hearing in this matter claiming the timing to face the floor test is very less and also the matter related to disqualification of 16 MLAs is still pending in the Supreme Court. Apex court has agreed for the immediate hearing and hearing will start this evening at 5 PM, as lots of documentation by both parties is pending. Now whether the Udhav Thackeray government has to face the floor test tomorrow or not will be decided by the SC today.
