Sometimes it's hella easy to have one bad day / lazy day / bleh day and then literally write off the rest of the week. Over the past year I've gotten way better at rebounding back from bad days where I've disappointed myself or had bad experiences - so I thought I'd share some ideas for how to get yourself back in the game for the rest of the week.
