I am driving on Indus highway. I am passing through the Jamshoro and Thatta districts in the Sindh province of Pakistan. Keenjhar Lake is located in the Thatta district. It is the second-largest freshwater lake in Pakistan and an important source of drinking water for Thatta District and Karachi city. Keenjhar Lake has been declared a Ramsar site and a wildlife sanctuary. Its length is 24 km, and its width is 6 km. its average depth is 1 meter. The famous folklore of Noori Jam Tamachi who was a fisherwoman is connected to the lake. There is a shrine in the middle of the lake marking Noori's grave. my jeep is disturbing me after a 1300 km drive.
