In Cooking with Wine, World Champion Sommelier and trained chef Andreas Larsson cooks the most delicious dishes paired with the ideal wine.
What is Cooking With Wine about?
• In each episode Andreas receives a well-known winemaker who brings two bottles of wine to our cooking studio.
• The first bottle is known in advance and Andreas cooks a dish for it.
• The second is a "blind" bottle and is a winemaker's favorite. Andreas will taste it and then dive into the fridge to improvise a dish to go with the 'unknown' wine.
• There is also a memory game element about food and wine pairing, where the winemakers from different episodes compete with each other on speed.
Each episode lasts approximately 23 minutes, in series of 5 episodes per season.
Cooking with Wine is expected by the end of Summer 2021 and will be released on WineMasters.tv, iTunes, Amazon & Google Play.
