The Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi on Saturday spoke out on government's decision to deploy UPDF troops in the volatile South Sudan. Referring to the UPDF Act, Mbabazi told NTV that the Commander-in-Chief did not require Parliament approval to send troops to the country, that was on the cusp of sliding into civil war.
