Ingredients
100 grms egg whites at room temp
90 grms granulated sugar
130 grms icing suagr
130 hrms almond powder
4grms meringue powder
Gel food coloring
*Oven temperatures could vary depending on the type of oven you use and type of baking surface you use .
5 burner Gas oven / silicon mat- 180c-150°c (depending on the heat strength.
my oven heat was not strong enough,hence i had to keep my heat on 180°c.wen I checked the heat with an oven thermometer, it showed 150°c.
*so if your oven has an even heat flow,then set it to 150°c. if the heat strength is low,then set it to 180°c.
place the macaron tray in the middle rack, with bottom heat on.
bake for 11 mnts.or until you see the macaron feet turns slightly golden in color.
*if you are using parchment paper for baking...then reduce the heat further or reduce the baking timing.
Table top electric oven / reusable bakingsheet-
130c heat
middle rack
bottom heat only.
bake for 13 mnts.
