Mark Moncrieff played five times for Scotland without being officially capped as the opposition were deemed not strong enough to merit full caps.
Now the Scottish Rugby Union have had a change of heart and Mark is one of many players who will now be awarded caps.
Stuart Cameron spoke with Mark about this and also talked about other rugby matters off and on the pitch.
