Filmed on 16/07/2024. So, moving onwards to Scotland second city and one of the main terminus station in west Scotland. And this station, is one of two terminus stations but this links to Scotland Seven Cities. This is Glasgow Queen Street (Season 11 Episode 14)
It looks like being at the right place at the right time does pay off o see the variety in action. Such as the ScotRail InterCity7 HST sets which were being prepared to link to Scotland Seven Cities. Nearly 50 years old and still going very strong.
But, it also does see its DMU's such as the class 170 Turbostar units which can be used in place for a ScotRail HST set, class 156's for the West Highland Line services and class 158's to Anniesland.
