RENSSELAER -- Police arrested a Watervliet teen they say was having a sexual relationship with a minor.
Tyler Hallenbeck, 19, was arrested after officials were contacted by the 14-year-old girl's parents. Officials say their investigation revealed the suspect had been having a relationship with the girl for several months.
Hallenbeck is currently being held at the Rensselaer County Jail on $20,000 bail.
