A teenager who murdered two people has been detained for at least 27 years. James Fairweather was just 15 years old when he carried out the killings in Essex. They were so brutal, even experienced police officers were shocked. The schoolboy was obessed with serial killers and claimed he heard voices urging him to do it. He was eventually caught thanks to the quick thinking of the woman who would have become his THIRD victim. In her first TV interview, Michelle Sadler has told 5 News how she helped catch a killer.
