Laurie asked him: How did you build up trust with the consumer?
He said: "Buyers and sellers Google you straight away, so I Google myself every week. I need to know what is coming up.
"Do you like what is appearing when you Google yourself? Because that is what the consumer will go on. That is your first impression.
"Now once you pass that first trust test, you then get the invite to their house for an initial conversation.
"And now your skill plays into it. The first thing I do when I get a seller inquiry is I send them an email showing all our marketing for their listing.
"And I also leverage the Laurie Reader name, nobody can compete with our marketing."
