At the beginning of her career, Lunia trusted that her manager and the company would recognize her hard work and potential and promote her, but what she found were distant managers who offered
little support or guidance. When she became a manager herself, she wanted to be a leader who asks
questions, listens and discovers the potential in others. Most importantly, she wanted to make sure that others felt seen. Now she’s sharing the importance of empathic leadership with you.
