Over 200 Indian fishermen detained by Pakistan returned home on Friday. The release comes against a backdrop of strained ties between India and Pakistan following terror attacks in Pathankot and Uri, and India's crackdown on dissent in Kashmir last year. Officials in Pakistan say the goodwill gesture is aimed at confidence-building.
