2 chicken breasts (you can use any kind of chicken)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
olive oil
onions
potatoes (I used baby potatoes cut in half)
asparagus (or any vegetable ~ broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans etc.)
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165 degrees.
