Me and a few of the guys from the Lowrangers were out in Bala forest at the weekend. We've done this a few times now and the terrain had all changed again with the rains last month washing out all of the tracks creating 3ft ravines in places that we had to bridge over with sand ladders or ruts we had to break out of with boards to stop us grounding out.

Pretty extreme in places and we had bent steering arms, ripped off bumpers and I snapped a shock and dislocated a spring.

The winch and waffle boards came into full effect and I learnt a lot of new things.
