But we don't stick the entire panty liner in the shoe, we cut a small piece of it. You can then stick this to the back of the heel of your shoe. This works particularly well with high-heeled shoes.
Because often you get blisters on your feet in these places, especially if the shoes are still relatively new. But with the help of the panty liner, this will no longer be the case, because it protects you in these places.
