So after the disaster I had last week with one of my local deliveroo dark kitchen take away I thought I would try another and this time im trying more sauce

So first up we have the original which is fried chicken signature sauce cheese gherkins and lettuce

The icon 2 x smash beef, signature sauce, mayo, American cheese, caramelised onions, gherkins and lettuce.

Now the first thing that hits you is the smell which is a good sign that they’re using quality high fat mince

The flavour combinations have clearly been throughly worked on because the harmony is spot on every element compliments each other and doesnt over power the beef taste

Now ive seen the chicken burger now its time to taste it

The Louisiana Dynamite
Dynamite sauce, mayo, American cheese, gherkins, and lettuce.

Now the first thing I notice is the flaky batter which is no easy feat and make this a promising burger
The chicken is crunchy seasoned well and cooked perfectly these guys know how to work their fryers, dynamite sauce is the goat and its great to see them use it in a burger

Now onto the wings you all know how much I love a wing and you know that I can cook them so let dive in
These are called china town sweet chilli
Heavy amount of sauce but little bit light on the garnish
But im impressed strong crunchy batter which holds up against the sauce nice flavours
Def a side dish but with a couple of tweaks could easily be a main purchase option from this vendor
I was offered a comp meal for a feature but I declined paid in full and didn’t announce I was ordering but these get my thumbs up and recommendation 👊👌👍🍔
