Here are my top 7 things to do in Auroville!
I met these amazing people on my journey and auroville is one of my most memorable trip!

Let’s start with Watsu, I was cradled, stretched, massaged gently by Daniel my watsu therpaist. At one point he pulled me close to his heart and I heard his heartbeat. Yes this felt very intimate but I was extremely comfortable with this gentle kind man. It gave me a feeling of being in my mother's womb with the water and the gentle sound of the heartbeat.

After the therapy I had a wave of emotions come over me. I even cried a little but Daniel told me this is very normal and a lot of people become emotional after the watsu.

Watsu has all kinds of benifits - Mental, physical and emotional.

The full form of Watsu is water shiatsu. Shiatsu comes from Japan and finds its origins in the ‘Nadi’ system from India. So was Watsu originated in India then?

This Liquid Fllow was so peaceful, I can't wait to go for my next Watsu Therapy!

Next we go to the tree house:
The tree house community of Auroville not only live in these trees but they also teach people all over India and the world how to build these tree houses. They offer workshops and tailor make these treehouses exactly to your style and needs!

Trees as foundations are sustainable, low-carbon solutions for a greener planet.
These tree houses are eco friendly and have solar panels installed.
They use only fallen wood and do not cut down trees to make these tree houses!

Next on the list is the La Gota Circus School, The Temple Of Arts!
People were training to be i the circus.
People were learning, handstand,acrobatics, dance,theatre, clown, aerial acts. It was so much fun watching people do so many things! I was as excited as a 5year old watching them juggle and use hula hoops!

The school here in auroville has totally different syllabus! Would you wanna learn circus?

My next station was the sound healing studio!

Sound to me is truly therapeutic. It can uplift my mood and get me really upset - My emotions I feel are controlled by sound. I would like to be more tolerant but the one thing that can get me upset is the sound of honking or loud TV. And when Im down the one thing that makes me happy is music!!!

I truly recommend getting a sound massage by Aurelio ❤️ he's the genius of sound therapy in the world.

Next we go to the Solitude Farms!
I met Krishna, an English Man turned Aurovillian.
He is an organic farmer and eco activist. He puts forward real valuable points about our contribution in depletion of our well-being by depleting the earth!
He conducts workshops on permaculture and farming. We made food from all the fresh veggies we plucked and I can say I’m not that bad a cook! I made a fruit sushi and it was yummy!
I could eat this food all my life!

Next was the Kallilay surf school!
Samay, looks like a white guy but is Indian!
He made us do all the exercises that are a must before surfing.
It was harder than I thought! But I’m never giving up! I will keep trying!

Next I went to The Mason ans Mason Chocolate Factory!
Chocolate 🍫 turns me into a child again👶🏽. Esp when it's "healthy" chocolate- with coconut sugar🥥 or palm 🌴sugar and no preservatives. 😋

This was at the chocolate factory in auroville - Mason & co 🍫

Even their packaging has no plastic. All their employees are women!! 😃

Please not they are NOT paying me 😅 This is out of my love for healthy food choices and chocolate!!❤️❤️
