🧐Can we get sunflowers to germinate well without Soaking??

😓The rinse/soak/rinse method for sunflowers adds a lot of extra steps to the seeding process... So we wanted to see if we could get away with NO SOAKING and NO RINSING on Sunnies!

✅We created a test with 4 trays: Trays 1, 2 and 3 all were planted without Soaking. Tray 1 was planted at the bottom of a tray and covered in Coco, Tray 2 was planted in the middle of some Coco, Tray 3 was planted on-top of the Coco. Tray 4 was our control with a 1-hour soak and planted on-top like we normally would seed the tray.

We love to continually experiment with our methods to see what else we can learn from these great crops!!🌱🌱🌱 Hope y'all enjoy our new video! 🌱👩‍🌾👨‍
