Try out this Ekadashi special Sweet Potato Vada which is super easy and a delicious snacks for this ekadashi. In this recipe we will prepare this wonderful delicacy by using some tips and tricks.
Servings :
Ingredients :
1 cup sabudana or tapioca pearls
½ cup water
350gm sweet potatoes
1 cup water for boiling sweet potatoes
2 chopped green chillies
1 tbsp grated ginger
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp freshly ground roasted cumin powder
1 tsp freshly ground red chilli powder
Sendha salt to taste
½ cup roasted crushed peanuts
Oil for frying
