2 Cups water
1 Tbsp salt
3 L chopped potatoes 🥔
3 Tbsp vege oil
1 chopped onions
3 Clove chopped garlic
2 Chopped green chilli
1 Chopped carrot
1 Chopped broccoli 🥦
1 Chopped sweet potato
500g chicken breast
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp Black pepper
1 Tsp cumin powder
1 Tsp ceushed chili
chopped parsley
4 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cups water

mashed potato
60g butter
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Black pepper
2 Tsp milk
