As we age, changes in our facial and neck areas can affect our appearance. Today, I want to share some great exercises that will help you achieve a firm, well-defined jawline and neck. Our focus will be on specific muscles in these areas. Let's dive right in and get started. We'll do three repetitions of each exercise together. Ideally, you should aim for one set of 10 to 12 repetitions of each exercise. You'll notice a big difference when we're done.
