"The Neurodiversity Advantage"

The Autism@Work Summit was held on 19 October 2018 in Melbourne, Australia.

The summit shared the experience of organisations who are benefiting from the skills and strengths of a neurodiverse workforce, through the employment of individuals on the autism spectrum.


The program included:

-- Panel discussions on a range of topics, including getting started; autistic women and employment; and working in the financial services
-- The latest in employment research and tools being used by employers and autistic individuals
-- Interactive sessions on the business case for neurodiversity in the workplace
-- An overview of programs providing pathways through tertiary education and training to employment, such as the neurodiversity hubs.
