Siapa bilang bikin gudeg itu susah, disini saya ingin berbagi Resep super simple dan enak untuk membuat gudeg khas jogja, tonton videonya sampai selesai ya 🙏
Gudeg is made from unripe or young jackfruit.
Gudeg is traditional Javanese cuisine from Jogjakarta, Central Java Indonesia
Ingredients
2 kaleng nangka ( 2 cans of young jackfruit)
400 ml santan ( coconut milk)
100 gr gula merah ( palm sugar )
3 siung bwg putih ( garlic)
5 butir kemiri ( candlenuts)
3 daun salam ( bay leaf)
3 cm lengkuas (galanga)
1 tbsp ketumbar ( coriander powder)
1 tsp Kaldu bubuk ( chicken bouillon)
1/2 - 1 tsp garam/secukupnya ( salt)
Tahu putih ( firm tofu)
Telur ( eggs)
Ayam (chicken) optional
Cabai rawit ( Thai red chili) optional
