These videos are being uploaded to educate the traveling public and decisionmakers on the safety performance of roadside safety barrier. My daughter Hannah was killed in a guardrail spearing crash and when @USDOTFHWA was asked about "DATA" on crashes they said "NOBODY HAS BEEN KEEPING IT".
