This video has a remote start function on a 22 Toyota 4Runner TRD sport and with NEW AJT Design key fob case.
Before checking to see if had a function or not. Pushed button three times lock mode hold on third. Vehicle didn’t start for this model.
So I decided to purchase the aftermarket unit from RemoteX starter kit from Amazon website.
After ordering aftermarket remote start kit. Install the unit within 30 minutes and very easy to do. If needed RemoteX starter kit has a YouTube video online to watch if needed.
Now with this video. Did a start up with my Toyota forerunner with the key fob. Vehicle started up very easy. The vehicle runs for about 15 minutes, then shuts off. If you want to turn the vehicle off sooner, you can open the side door or use remote by clicking Lock button three times vehicle will shut off.
I highly recommend this product from RemoteX starting kit.
