OKAY! This isn’t the most traditional way of making a bolognese, however, you can very easily make this yourself and get any meat eater on board with this succulent, almost meaty, bolognese.
Now I love a @beyondmeat burger but this is a brilliant way of reusing it for more than what it’s meant to be. Can’t get it? Go for either vegan mince, crushed walnuts, mushrooms or canned lentils. The recipe is bwilliant.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Beyond Meat burgers
- 1 onion
- 1 big old carrot
- 3 big tomatoes (or 6 cherry tomatoes because I ran out of the big ones)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp white miso paste (or soy sauce if you fancy it)
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (and rinse the can with and pour that water in pls)
- 150g tagliatelle
- Finish with nooch, salt, pepper and basil.
