You may have seen Robin Cutshaw AA4RC give talks and a HamRadioNow interview on the DVDongle and DVAP - Robin's been the "face" of the products so far. But he's only half of the design team - he wrote the software. The hardware guy is Moe Wheatly AE4JY, and until this program, he's managed to duck the spotlight.
Well, we don't know why - here he does a great job talking about how he designed the DVAP and the Dongle... with a little help from some friends who knew how to get stuff working above 100 MHz.
