How To Make Bavarian Cream Pie
2.5 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp white sugar
1 cup chopped butter
1/2 cup ice cold water
2 cups full cream milk (warm, not boiling)
2 eggs
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 sachet gelatine
2 cups pure cream
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
garnish with shaved chocolate
