Have you ever wondered why you eat sugar and palm oil if this homemade keto Nutella tastes exactly like a regular store bought one?
Low carb, smooth, sweet and sugar free - perfect hazelnut spread!
Ingredients:
● Hazelnuts [300g = 2 1/3 cups]
● Cacao Powder [1 tbsp]
● Vanila Powder
● Stevia [2-2,5 tbsp]
● Oil [1 tbsp]
● Butter [70g = 4 tbsp]
Step by Step Recipe:
1. Dry hazelnuts in oven 15 minutes at 150 °C / 300 °F
2. Peel the nuts
3. Grind the nuts to a liquid substance
4. Add cacao powder, vanila powder, powdered stevia, oil and butter. Mix well
5. Refrigerate 10 minutes
Enjoy!
P.S. Grind stevia into powder for a smoother texture
