Specifically, this is the Urbos AXL model, single direction, designed to run on a 1067 mm track gauge. This vehicle features railway wheelsets on its bogies to facilitate curve negotiation and increase the maximum service speed.

The Units are prepared to operate in the difficult weather conditions prevailing in Estonia (from -40ºC to 40ºC). This vehicle is fitted with the ACR system which enables storage of the braking energy to start the vehicle. This translates into a significant reduction of LRV power consumption.
