Cannoli without all the fuss.
DIRECTIONS
1. Dip the top of each cone in melted chocolate. Stand the cones upright in tall shot glasses while the chocolate sets.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, ricotta, powdered sugar and cinnamon until smooth.
3. Gradually add heavy cream and beat until light and fluffy.Fold in mini chocolate chips. Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe into cones.
INGREDIENTS
12 12 waffle or sugar cones
1/3 c. melted chocolate
8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 c. whole milk ricotta
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. heavy cream
1 c. mini chocolate chips
