Today we are sharing Kofta (Meatball) Curry with our viewers, a popular South Asian dish that is both aromatic and delicious. It's made with several rich ingredients like mutton, fried onions, mixed dry spices, yogurt, almond paste and more. It is served with either Roti (bread) or white rice.

INGREDIENTS FOR KOFTA (MEATBALLS)

Mutton mince – 600 gram
Onion – 5 (medium) thin sliced
Oil – (for frying)
Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 3/4 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Ginger+garlic+green chili paste – 1 tsp each
Ground poppy seeds – 1 Tbsp
Dry gram powder – 3 Tbsp
Fried onion – 2 Tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY

Yogurt – 1 cup
Fried onion
Chili powder – 1-1/2 tsp
Red chili (crushed) – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1-1/2 Tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Almond paste – 15 to 20
Cumin+cloves+cinnamon+black peppercorn+cardamom green
Ginger+garlic+green chili paste – 1 tsp each
Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp
