This video was filmed on March 29th, 2024 in New Castle, Delaware. New Castle is a historic city in New Castle County, Delaware. New Castle city is located 6 miles south of Wilmington, Delaware and is situated on the Delaware River.  New Castle was settled by the Dutch West India Company in 1651. In 1664, the English seized the entire New Netherland colony in the second Anglo-Dutch War. They named the city New Castle, and made it the capital of their Delaware Colony.
