"Start well - a Judge always looks for a graceful and easy "hold" C/U of Jose's legs. The camera pans up to show how they hold each other. They slowly spin around to show the placing of the hands etc. "Don't lean on your partner - she wants a dance, not a weight-lifting exercise - " L/S of the couple as they show how it shouldn't be done. "The left-hand Feather Turn in the slow Fox Trot is the undoing of many. Correctly." L/S of the step performed correctly. "Now, incorrectly. (Feet too flat and too wide apart)" They dance clumsily. "In the Waltz - that pretty reverse turn." "Adam mustn't pull his partner about too much, nor should Eve step over with the left foot over the right, as is sometimes done - " Bad technique is demonstrated.
